El Maestro Sierra Oloroso 15 Year (375ml)

A benchmark dry Oloroso Sherry from El Maestro Sierra in Jerez de la Frontera, produced from Palomino and matured for approximately 15 years through oxidative aging in American oak. Unlike Fino or Amontillado, Oloroso develops without a protective layer of flor, allowing prolonged exposure to oxygen to build its characteristic depth, structure and concentration.

Mahogany in color and richly textured, it offers complex aromas of hazelnut and exotic spice, followed by layers of roasted nuts and savory, spicy character on the palate. It is full-bodied, warm and structured, with the extended oxidative aging contributing impressive concentration and a persistent finish.
