Emilio Lustau Almacenista Oloroso Del Puerto (500ml)

A dry, traditionally aged Oloroso Sherry from Lustau’s Almacenista collection, this bottling comes from the solera of José Luis González Obregón in El Puerto de Santa María. Made from 100% Palomino, it is matured oxidatively in American oak through the traditional criaderas y solera system. The solera consists of 110 casks, and the wine has an average age of approximately 12 years.

Rich and concentrated while remaining completely dry, it offers aromas and flavors of walnut, toasted nuts, dried fruit and warm spice, with deeper notes of seasoned wood and a subtle smoky quality. The palate is broad and structured, with the oxidative complexity of mature Oloroso balanced by freshness and a long, savory, nut-driven finish.
