Equipo Navazos La Bota 125 Amontillado Viejisimo (375ml)

This is an exceptionally old, intensely concentrated Amontillado selected by Equipo Navazos from the historic reserves of Pérez Barquero in Montilla. La Bota No. 125 “Bota NO” comes from some of the oldest casks belonging to the bodega’s original soleras, with an average age that Equipo Navazos estimates at more than 50 years and very likely more than 60 years.

Drawn from cask in November 2023, this rare release captures the extraordinary depth that prolonged aging can bring to traditional Montilla-Moriles Amontillado. Exceptionally dry, powerful and concentrated, it offers profound oxidative complexity with a piercing, savory character and remarkable persistence. Produced from Pedro Ximénez and bottled at 20.5% ABV, only 1,300 375ml bottles were released.
