This elegant sake is made with Yamada Nishiki rice and is polished down to 23% giving it a long, clean finish. Aromas of honey and lilies greet you and flavors of fresh melon and pear glide across your tongue leading to a crisp finish. Pair with Sushi or Sashimi, lightly seared scallops, or Dover Sole.
