A farm-to-bottle sake from Banjo Brewing Company, Kamoshibito Kuheiji “EAU DU DESIR” 2022 is an elegant sake with depth. Showing the five flavors of Go Mi: sweetness, umami, acidity, astringency, and bitterness. A rollercoaster of flavor takes you from sweet honeydew to the floral bouquet of lilies and jasmine, with the slight bitterness of fennel on the finish. It is crafted from Yamadanishiki rice grown and harvested by the brewery and is dated to allow you to compare different vintages. Drink from a wine glass and pair with a charcuterie board.
