This blend of Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai from the Akita Shurui Seizoh Company in Akita prefecture delivers a well-structured sake with notes of orange zest, white flowers, and subtle notes of pear and Fuji apples. It is made with Akita Komachi rice and has a creamy mouthfeel and great minerality. This is a versatile sake that pairs great with all foods. Try with spicy Thai Food, Tex-Mex, or Cajun.
