Producer's Notes

This tequila starts in alembic steel and is then transferred to stainless steel vats for 15 days. This preserves the characteristic notes of the purest and cleanest tequila and the agave flavors that we like so much. Every time you taste it, you will experience the dedicated flavor of our process!

TASTING NOTES

LOOK: Crystaline, with silver sparkles. Clean and transparent.
NOSE: Several notes of cooked agave, herbal touches and green apple.
MOUTH: Sweet agave stands out. Fruity notes, black pepper and wet earth.
