Producer's Notes

This Triple IPA is loaded with Strata, Galaxy, Citra, Comet, and Amarillo. This beer has aromas of pineapple, and strong flavors of tangerine and mango that lead into a delicate, soft finish- full of orange juice and ripe peaches.

We used an enormous amount of flaked oats and wheat to soften the body while retaining drinkability in this big beer.

The bulk of the dry hop in this guy was Galaxy, Strata, and Comet. And dang do they express their best qualities in this beer. Citra and Amarillo add a nice complexity to the heavy stonefruit character of the other 3 hops. This aroma is intoxicating, the body full, and the mouthfeel is pillowy.
