Schramsberg Winery, established in 1862 by Jacob Schram, is one of California’s most storied sparkling wine producers. Located in the heart of Napa Valley, Schramsberg earned international acclaim when its Blanc de Blancs was served at the historic “Toast to Peace” between the United States and China in 1972. To this day, the winery remains a pioneer in producing sparkling wines using the traditional méthode champenoise, offering refined expressions that beautifully balance vibrant acidity and nuanced complexity.
