The NV Fino Saca de Junio 2021 is a wine selected by Eduardo Ojeda from Equipo Navazos from a solera aged in the Puerto de Santa María, a Fino with an average age of five years, with textbook aromas and flavors but made in an approachable style that makes it easy to drink. It's nutty and briny, with notes of esparto grass and low tide. The palate reveals pungent flavors and a long, sapid and dry finish with a salty and bitter twist. 3,000 bottles produced.
