BACKGROUNDChase Distillery is a family-owned, single estate distillery, creating fine spirits and liqueurs from the produce grown on their farm in Herefordshire, England since 2008. We use a bespoke, handcrafted copper batch pot and every bottle is filled and sealed by hand.
Made using our award-winning Chase Original Vodka, we take fresh elderflowers, press them and mix with water. The flowers are filtered out and the resultant extract is blended with sugar. Our fine potato vodka is then infused with the elderflower extract overnight, before being bottled by hand.
NOSE Clear, deep, rich yellow. Powerful elderflower nose.
PALATE Excellent balance of alcohol and sweetness.
ANALYSIS Alcohol: 20 %
FINISH Full hit of elderflower flavor, very rounded and long on the finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS Served on ice, or in cocktails.
