Producer's Notes

Unreduced, no additives, unfiltered cold. Calvados vintage and bottled brut de cask.
Aging is natural and lasts between 15 to 20 years depending on the vintage. The shrinkage or "share of the angels" (natural evaporation of alcohol) is about 3% per year or 1 to 2 degrees of alcohol. The products are approved by the INAO as Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) Calvados.
