TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Golden amber. NOSE: Complex aromas of hazelnut, coffee cake, mocha and dried orange peel, with underlying spices including ginger. PALATE: Wonderful silkiness, showing exceptional balance with lovely cedar, nutmeg, sweet brown spice and slight mineral notes. FINISH: Sweet and shamelessly long, yet again showing fantastic balance. COMMENTS: The perfect representation of what an XO should taste like with every drop loaded with flavour, yet so well integrated and seamless. Presented in a carafe that honours the work of ULYSSE DUMARGUE, the great- grandfather of PATRICK DROUET.
