Latin for 'new,' Neo refers to Bacardí's reinvention of light rum. What appears to be light rum is a blend of aged rums filtered to remove the colour while maintaining the aged smoothness. Based on a Bacardí family recipe, it balances the character of white rum with the rich flavour of a mature rum. Sip it neat or over ice.
