Producer's Notes

Gusto Historico Cucharillo was produced by maestro Emanuel Ramos in the community of Miahuatlan, Oaxaca. Emanuel is very well known for his distillation of agave spirits and this expression made with Dasylirion serratifolium is a rare release. The plants were single distilled in a copper refrescadera still.
