This is the first official PM Spirits pick of 2023 and of course, we couldn’t pass up the latest flavor bomb from Vincent Cornu’s cellars at L’Encantada. You almost never see Armagnac retain this proof at 31 years old. 57.1%? It's phenomenal and blew me away. It's a rich fruit bomb, with notes of nutty golden raisin and hints of green leather.

Distilled from Baco and Ugni Blanc grapes at Domaine Couloumé in 1990, aged 31 years, and bottled unadulterated at a cask strength of 57.1% abv. There are 512 bottles total, and as is the nature of all single casks, when it's gone, it's gone.
