Producer's Notes

Rest & Be Thankful pays homage to the history of Jamaican Rum distillation. This single cask rum was distilled in 1998 using the Pot Still Ive Trelawny Pot (Lluidas Plantation), Mark LSO. This rum has esters ranging from 90 to 120 g/hlaa. USA Exclusive 180 bottles, bottled at 57.9% abv.

 

The nose is Vibrant and fresh. Lime, Green olives, fresh sugarcane juice. The palate is intense and roasted, with notes of cacao, dried fruits raisins & figs. The finish is persistent & elegant with salted butter caramel.
