The domaine has 5ha in the Hautes Côtes village of Arcenant, lieu-dit Derrière le Bois de Chevrey, where the family had a long-standing attachment and patriarch Jean Gros loved to hunt. Fermented in stainless steel and wood fermenters to yield this delicious wine that is pleasantly perfumed but light and fresh, if lacking somewhat in concentration.
