Producer's Notes

This wine is made from vines from a uniquely limestone terroir. Round and fat in the mouth, this is a well balanced wine. Excellent drunk young, as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to seafood, or fish cooked in sauce.

Appearance : Gold with platinum and green highlights, clear. Nose : The fruit forward first nose is dominated by citrus and stewed fruits. Then notes of pepper and fresh greenery (rhubarb and broom) lift the aromatics. Mouth : The suppleness of the attack gives the wines a lightness of touch. Then a lively vivacity fills the mouth. The evocative aromas of melons and ripe lemons add to the already long finish. A great example.
