Producer's Notes

Beau Joie Brut is a unique champagne that sets itself apart with its low dosage approach, ensuring minimal added sugars commonly found in other champagnes. It undergoes a meticulous aging process on lees for at least 4 years. During the disgorgement stage, a tiny amount of dosage is delicately added to each bottle, accentuating the fruit characteristics, and preserving the delightful acidity and citrus notes.

Vinous

(60% pinot noir and 40% chardonnay): Pale gold. Aromas of ripe apple and ginger, plus a nutty nuance. Juicy and broad on the palate, with spicy flavors of baked apple, yellow plum and bitter orange rind. Finishes on a chewy note, with spicy persistence and a touch of warmth.
