Glistening straw-gold. Vibrant, mineral-accented aromas of lemon pith, quince and fresh melon, along with dusty floral and ginger accents. Nervy and taut on the palate, showing firm backbone and spicy lift to the juicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors. Honeysuckle and fennel notes emerge on a clinging, mineral-driven finish that shows fine definition and final cut.
