The 2019 Marienburg Auslese Falkenlay is pure and spicy on the slatey nose, representing very clear, fresh and healthy fruit along with some minty notes at this early stage. On the palate, this is a very delicate and playful Auslese with finely racy acidity and a really piquant and salty finish. Very stimulating and not sticky at all. Tasted from AP 1620 in May 2020.

A huge Auslese that remains so cool and fine. thanks to the live-wire acidity and a ton of minerality. Then suddenly, a ton of blossoms land on the palate at the powerful finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Drink or hold.
