Another pretty, perfumed wine from Evyn Cameron that has loads to love, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon RLC is 100% varietal and was aged 22 months in 70% new barrels. It offers more red and blue fruits, violets, and flowery incense to go with medium to full-bodied richness, a supple, elegant mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and outstanding length. It’s a great value in high-end Napa Cabernet.
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon RLC is gorgeous. Racy and plump, the 2019 is super-appealing right out of the gate. Black cherry, plum, spice, leather, tobacco and menthol are pushed forward in this juicy, open-knit Cabernet Sauvignon. All the elements are so nicely balanced. Drink it over the next decade or so.

An intense nose with ripe blackcurrants and blackberries, sweet vanilla and roasted meat. Some chocolate and smoke, too. Full-bodied, deep and long on the palate with a creamy mouth-feel. Energetic yet soft and polished tannins and a long, warming finish. Rounded texture. Try in 2022.
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate RLC is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from estate blocks 15, 8 and 20. Deep garnet-purple colored, it skips out of the glass with cheery scents of crushed redcurrants, blackcurrant pastilles and underbrush, plus hints of mulberries, clove oil and earth. Medium to full-bodied, finely textured and with tons of juicy black and crunchy red fruits, it has a lively backbone and earthy finish. 504 cases were made.
