WINE: Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon stays true to the lively, balanced style Disruption drinkers have loved over the years. The wine is full of fruit but offers a welcome acid and tannin structure that opens beautifully with aeration. On the nose, a note of cedar and cocoa draw you in. On the palate, notes of ripe raspberry and chocolate with a subtle nuttiness linger and continue to evolve with each sip. Like previous releases, the finish is long and speaks to the outstanding quality of our winemaking and fruit sources.

VINEYARDS: The 2019 vintage of Disruption Cabernet Sauvignon consists of a medley of grapes sourced from four of Eastern Washington’s finest vineyards. The Upland Farms Vineyard provides a whopping 96% of the blend and for good reason. The grapes grown here are favored for their longevity and balance of sugar and acid. The remaining 4% of the grapes are added as a means of “seasoning” the wine, much as a winemaker does in Bordeaux.
