Red Bandol wine is made up of several grape varieties, each bringing a part of its personality to the wine. Grenache brings a fruity touch, Cinsault contributes to the finesse of the wine, Carignan gives it its acidity and the Mourvèdre grape gives the wine its structure and structure.
All these grape varieties assembled create a general harmony of the wine.
The bottling is done in the cellar, in one go, this allowing you to be assured of the same wine, from the first to the last bottle.
It will not be filtered because we want to keep all the aromas of the fruit, a slight deposit may occur after a few years, a guarantee of the natural side of these wines.
Made from indigenous yeasts, this wine is neither filtered nor fined.
