Drinking Better with Tedder 94: Classic Chablis in every way. It smells and tastes of the sea... sea spray, oyster shells, oyster water, crushed rocks, fleur de sel and iodine are matched with ripe lemon, lemon zest and a rich, almost cheesy texture from the lees aging. This beauty is honest, soulful and unmanipulated with a purity of minerality and a sense of terroir that I love! The structure of the wine is broad on the attack, laser focused down the middle of the palate and then expansive on the long finish, just like a great Chablis should be! This wonderful wine drinks way above it stature and I highly recommend it!
