The 2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir is a very serious wine. Rich, creamy and pliant, the 2021 possesses striking density and tons of character. Sweet red berry fruit, orange peel, dried herbs, mint and bright saline notes all race across the palate as this exquisite Rosé shows off its considerable charm. There is a bit of reduction, so I would open this in advance.
