This easy-drinking Etna Rosso from younger vines in Contrada Muganazzi in Castiglione di Sicilia at 700m is matured in stainless steel for 15 months, with a further three months in bottle. Cherry and herb aromas with some dustiness and dried fruits introduce a mid-weight wine with tangy and succulent red fruits and a hint of black cherry. Fine, chalky tannins and gentle acidity give it shape.
