Crushed rose petal, chocolate, mint and sage add attractive savory top notes as this super-expressive Cabernet continues to open up in the glass. 

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate needs a little coaxing to reveal slowly emerging scents of wild blueberries, blackcurrant cordial and warm black plums with touches of sandal wood, allspice, pencil shavings and fragrant earth. The full-bodied palate is decadently fruited with impactful black and blue fruit layers, framed by firm, fine-grained tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long and savory. 94+
