 A very flinty chardonnay with pure limey fruit and a hint of green apples and fine lees. Oyster shells and subtle cream. Quite a different wine from the past. This is salty and zingy with a textured, medium-bodied palate with a pungent, saline-driven finish. Very mineral. Delicious. Drink now. Screw cap.
