Golden/brown in color with a delightful aroma of nuts and almonds which comes through on the palate with a fresh concentrated spirity finish, from extended ageing in small old oak barrels.

Minerally, showing good cut and touches of sea salt to the ripe pear, baked pineapple and dried apricot flavors. Features strong butterscotch and wild mint notes, with white chocolate accents on the firm finish.
