Producer's Notes

A fresh and tangy entrée into the wild world of orange wine from the village of Cebreros (approximately 90 minutes west of Madrid), the heart of the Sierra de Gredos. 100% Chasselas Doré from 75-year-old vines planted on decomposed granitic sandy soils at 630m altitude. Doré was destemmed, fermented with 7 days of skin contact, and raised on the lees for 5 months in stainless steel.
