The 2020 Saivgny-lès-Beaune Village has a perfumed floral bouquet with incense and violets infusing the melange of red and blue fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, a nice "crunch" in the mouth, the whole bunch element lending a pleasant white pepper note on the finish. Lovely.
