The 2022 Grüner Veltliner Lion offers a clear and intense bouquet of green and yellow apples intermingled with grassy and lemony/limey notes. Juicy and round on the palate, this is an intense but fresh and nicely reductive Veltliner from the Pulkautal in the Weinviertel. There are attractive bitters on the long finish that reveals fine phenolic grip.

A very fresh, crisp and bright gruner veltliner with stacks of citrus aromas and a touch of apple blossom. A forthrightly cool climate expression of this grape that is very refreshing. From vineyards in the Pulkautal close to the Austrian-Czech border.
