Pouring a bright ruby color, the 2022 Rosso Di Montalcino offers soft floral notes of ripe strawberries, lavender, and fresh soil. Elegant and medium-bodied, it has fine tannins and a rather long finish. It has a sunny feel but remains light on its feet in this hot vintage and has a lot of charm, with a delicate savory finish. It’s perfect for enjoying over the near term.
