 I like the tension and minerality to this red with some licorice and blackberry character. Brick undertone. Full to medium body, linear backbone of tannins and a fresh finish. Drink now.

Vinous: 89 Points

(100% Montepulciano): Inky ruby. Stewed prune, coffee and cocoa on the nose on the almost overripe nose. Much more classic and fresh on the palate, showing smooth flavors of dark cherry, licorice, violet pastille and tar. The finish features repeating notes of violet and licorice.
