ELEGANT & DELICATE

Pure Dusk is a Junmai Daiginjo sake from the Akita Shurui Seizoh Company in Akita prefecture made with local artisanal Akita rice. It is made with water coming off the mountain, pure and clean. You will find bright notes of pear, hints of Granny Smith Apple, and a bit of minerality. On the palate, you will find a delicate structure with great cantaloupe and orange zest flavors. This is a great sake for pairing with your favorite sushi, sashimi, or light white fish.

Recommended Serving Temperature: 40°-50°F
