Hakutsuru brewery was founded in 1743 and has been a major producer as well as innovator in the sake industry. They have created this easy-drinking sake for every day. It is smooth and refreshing with subtle hints of honey, fresh sugarcane, and roasted nuts on the nose. The palate gives you the same subtlety with pear, licorice, and chocolate.  This is a great sake to pair with ramen, light pasta dishes, rotisserie chicken, or a grilled cheese sandwich.

Recommended Serving Temperature: 40°-50°F, 65°-75°F, or 95°-105°F
