LIGHT & SWEET

Kamotsuru presents their signature blend sake highlighted by two gold flaked Sakura blossoms in the bottle. The two gold flakes represent two cranes that mate for life. The rice used comes from the brewery’s home in Hiroshima prefecture. Notes of strawberries, bananas, and mango sing in your glass showing off depth of flavors and structure.  This is a light-hearted sake with great body.  Drink with spicy curries, Mexican food, or Korean BBQ.

Recommended Serving Temperature: 40-50°F
