The higher alcohol content allows you to enjoy this sake at below freezing temperatures, or on the rocks. You will honeydew, Granny Smith apple, mushrooms, and rainwater. This is a great sake to enjoy solo at the end of a hard day’s work, or pair with a rich curry dish or Mexican food.
