FRUITY & FLORAL

Kojima Sohonten has been producing sake since 1597 and produces the Toko brand of sake and this “Sun Rise” Junmai Ginjo. This sake is made with Dewasansan rice that is grown exclusively in Yamagata prefecture, where Sun Rise is produced. You will find floral aromas intermingled with green apple and melon and grassy overtones. The finish is soft and smooth. This pairs well with Teriyaki Salmon, Maple Glazed Ham, or every Texan’s favorite, Mexican food!

Recommended Serving Temperature: 40°-50°F
