Producer's Notes

Produced from the totally fermented juice of the Palomino grape variety, for the wine is special structure, it undergoes an oxidising stage (without any protective flower veil and just direct oxidisation) right from the beginning, with the addition of vinous alcohol up to 18% Amber and mahogany colour with intense walnut bouquet. Full flavoured, structured, full bodied with profound nose. High content of glycerines. Very good drunk with red meats and game, poultry, stews, mushrooms and cured cheeses. Serve between 13 & 14º Centigrade.
