This heavily-peated single malt from Islay’s Bruichladdich distillery was matured in first-fill ex-oloroso casks and both first-and second-fill Amarone casks. Aromas of polished leather, blackberry coulis and pipe tobacco fill the nose, complemented by black pepper, fruitcake and bonfire smoke notes on the palate.
