This is a Tequila with no dilution or filtration with authentic proceedings honoring the founder, Salvador Rosales Briseño. First impression fragrant strong of cooked agave, pepper and fresh herbs. After opening, the aromas shift to cardamom, nuts, coffee, honey and butter. Without losing the dry mineral earth characteristics sononymous with Lowland Tequila. The first taste is a vibrantly refreshing with flavors of mint and fresh herbs with the contrast of bitter and sweet extending into the mouth. Honey and ripe fruits leave your palate with a sweet warmth.
