Producer's Notes

Monymusk EMB denotes the former "Bog Estate" mark (which closed its doors in 1948), categorized as a Wedderburn mark. EMB shows a level of esters between 125 to 280 grams of esters per hectoliter of pure alcohol (h/lpa). Distilled from fermented molasses in 2014 at the Clarendon/Monymusk distillery, this single ex-Bourbon cask was aged for 8 tropical years at the distillery and bottled at cask strength of 60% abv with no dilution, chill filtration or adulteration.
