High N' Wicked N.4 "Aeneas Coffey" named after the famed Irish man, inventor of the Continuous Coffey Column Still. 
This distinctive Whiskey was finished by Noel Sweeney one of the most awarded distillers/blenders in the global whiskey category, and recognized in the Whisky Hall of Fame.


Bottled at 50% ABV – 100 Proof, and Non-Chill Filtered with no additives.
Aging: Double Cask Matured, first in Ex-Bourbon Barrels then Finished for 6 Months in Tinta Negra Caste Extra Sweet Madeira Casks 
Origin: County Cork, Ireland 
Mash Bill: 95% French Maize, 5% Malted Barley 
Still: Continuous Coffey Column Still
Aroma: Cinnamon, Baking Spice, and Buttered Toast - with hints of Dried Apricots, Dried Rose Petals, Chamomile Tea, and Golden Raisins
Palate: Medium-bodied and creamy salted caramel, hints of butterscotch and shortbread cookies – overall very delicate and nuanced.
