Producer's Notes

A variation of the classic Mars COSMO that was a big hit when released at the 2015 Tokyo International Bar Show that has been finished in an ex-Manzanilla sherry cask.

TASTING NOTES

An extremely soft & smooth mouthfeel with aromas of dry fruit, brown sugar and maple syrup from the Manzanilla cask. Chocolate & coconut on the palate with a slight bitterness.
