Producer's Notes

Largo is another member of the storied Agave karwinskii species in Santa Catarina Minas, often referred to in other communities as Tobaziche. Real Minero’s Largo is a particularly beautiful example.  It is redolent of fruit, flowers, fresh melon and green pepper, with a deep fiber backbone that lends a contrasting full body and lean, high-toned nose to play off one another.
