Producer's Notes

"A complex, iridescent mixture of ginger; lemon grass, orange zest and eucalyptus; dry and darkly aromatic on the palate, with lemony, exotic notes, very long and piquant finish." // Ginger is imported and well known from China. Nevertheless, it is not known as fruit brandy! The clean roots are mixed and fluidized by natural enzymes to make a mash. The fermentation temperature is 19,5 °C and takes 15 to 20 days. 31 kg of Ginger is used to produce one liter 100% pure fruit distillate. The fermented mash is distilled twice.
