Containing a strain of very old calvados, it is completed by eaux-de-vie over 18 years old that bring back power and freshness.  

Fineness and aromatic persistence are the main character traits of Venerable Calvados.

"On the nose, the apple is there but cooked in a spicy syrup.The lingering finish is prolonged on notes of gingerbread."
